Best Portion Sizes For Fillings for Jacket Potatoes

Hi

First of all, well done on your site David.

Anyway, quick question. I am hoping to start selling jacket spuds soon, but I know different serving spoons are used for different toppings; therefore is there anyone out there who could help me with portion sizes for beans, cheese, coleslaw, tuna, sweeetcorn, chilli, curry etc please?

Thanks in advance

Use Your Best Judgement For Food Portions
by: Anonymous

To be honest to you, the best thing to do is to give what you think is a fair or generous portion of food. Don’t forget to take in to account the size of your jacket potato, and what your running cost are. Use you best judgement and you will be just fine. If you can give people generous portions of food this has always worked well for me in the past, and brings cutomers back for more.

Best of luck
David
