I am almost ready to start trading, I have public liability insurance but would like to no if it is a legal requirement to get the catering trailer insured also?

Hi there,

It's not compulsory to get your trailer insured, it's more for your peace of mind.Nonetheless you really should consider getting your catering trailer insured as it's an expensive item and your entire business.

Also consider placing locks on the wheels so that it can't be stolen that easily.It's worth thinking about having a tracking device installed for even more peace of mind.
