Concessions Mobile Catering Trailer Business

Hi I have now reserved a prime pitch in B&Q. Does it depend on the area and council on whether you need a license to trade or would it be different rules as you are trading on private land?

East Riding of Yorkshire you are required to have a street trading license if trading from private land (it's the law!)

Hi, I spoke to the council regarding this and no license is required if you are doing it through conessions as it is on private land. Concessions Mobile Catering Trailer Business

Depends On Your Council

Hi There,

It's great that you have got yourself a pitch.

Either way you will have to register your business with the local council who will come out and inspect your catering unit. From here they should be able to tell you if you need a licence of not.

Best of luck

David
