Help Tendering ~Please

I wrote to you a few mths back, thanks for the prompt reply.

Anyway, I really need your help right now as I have tried to seek help from internet, but nowhere seems to be able to help.

I live a major city and I am wanting to bid on a few city council outdoor events.

My major problem is how to work out a tender. I am a jacket potato business, using a big ben oven and gazebo.

This is my first time tendering, and was wondering if there is a particular formula in working out bids per head?
I read somewhere to half the amount of people expected, but I thought as it is city council ran, the numbers may be correct.

One of the events has 200,000 people over three days
Another one 25,000 over two days
Another one 5,000 for one day
Another one 20,000 for one day

I don't want to over or under price myself!

I really would appreciate your speedy request.

You Need To Get Your Tender Application Right

Hi There,

This seems to be a great opportunity if you can win the tender for so many people. As I don't have any personal experience with this type of business I would suggest you contact a professional who can help you put a successful application together.

From the little that I do know it’s quite a detailed plan which you would have to submit which needs to be thoroughly prepared.

I did have a quick look and a few companies came up, check out www.zemaitis-uk.com/tenders.htm and see if they can help you out. Failing that just Google catering tenders, or something similar.
