How I Became a Businesswoman

I have been thinking about establishing my own business for quite some time. But somehow I wasn’t ready for it. I thought people needed some special traits, knowledge, skills or maybe talent for becoming businessmen (or businesswomen). On the other hand, I didn’t really like the idea of working about 80% of my lifetime just making the ends meet for the rest of my life. And that’s practically what my future looked like to me. So I guess subconsciously I was looking for something that would allow me to break free.

It’s funny really that I’d used computer since the 1990s but never thought of it as a tool for making money. And then about two years ago it hit me… I read lots of stories about people who’d made it big on the Internet. And a lot of those stories were about ordinary people. People like me. Well, I actually consider that every person is extraordinary, everyone in his/her own way. But still, it’s somehow easier to do something when you know that someone has done it before you.

So, I researched and researched. It took me a couple of months to realize that there were lots of different ways of making money on the Internet, but almost every guru recommended building a site that would generate money. Most of them agree that it is possible to have an Internet business without a website, but it’s infinitely better if you have a site or even multiple sites. It really seemed logical to me.

Building my own site also gave me an opportunity to provide value to others. I’ve always liked helping people and I think people should help each other when they can and as much as they can. So, this was a win-win combination.

And then I researched the topic for my site and learned that there was no site on the Internet that would contain information about all types of business correspondence in one place. This is how www.savvy-business-correspondence.com

Now I know that I possess those special qualities needed for becoming a businesswoman. That alone has made this journey of mine worthwhile. And if I could do it, I am sure you can, too.
