Why LPG and Not Electric EquipmentWe make special emphasis on LPG run appliances and not electric simply because it a better choice(cheaper) and there is less complication and implications when running your business legally especially with heath and safety issues.
You also need to have a separate test certificate one for gas and one for electric if you are running both appliances together and in some instances each electric appliance may have to have its own P.A.T. portable appliance testing. LPG Catering Equipment for Sale On EbayAll the catering equipment is from the eBay auction site, and this is where I purchased the majority of my own mobile catering equipment, in fact even managing to save a few hundred pounds in the process. Obviously do your research and compare prices but generally a lot of the items are in good working order, and I have personally never had any problems.
