Why LPG and Not Electric Equipment

We make special emphasis on LPG run appliances and not electric simply because it a better choice(cheaper) and there is less complication and implications when running your business legally especially with heath and safety issues.

You also need to have a separate test certificate one for gas and one for electric if you are running both appliances together and in some instances each electric appliance may have to have its own P.A.T. portable appliance testing. If its not too late for you, try and make sure all your catering equipment is running on LPG

Mobile Catering Truck/Van/Trailer

After purchasing my first mobile catering truck/van, I really didn't have a clue what catering equipment I needed. However the vehicle did come with the usual griddle, water boiler (tea earn) chip fryer, and fridge but I didn't know how to use or maintain any of the equipment.

All the catering equipment is from the eBay auction site, and this is where I purchased the majority of my own mobile catering equipment, in fact even managing to save a few hundred pounds in the process. Obviously do your research and compare prices but generally a lot of the items are in good working order, and I have personally never had any problems.
