Shortage of Money Each Month Made Me Start My Own Tution Business

My husband works in a private firm and his income alone was not enough for us to run our family .
At the end of every month, there was shortage of money. So I decided I should support him financially, but I could not go for a job as I had a small kid at home and there was no one else to take care of him. So I wanted to do some part time job from home.
I discussed this with my husband and he gave me the idea to take tuition for children as I am good at teaching and have enough patience to handle children. Again there was another question in my mind, how to get children for tuition.
Parents will prefer to send their children only to teachers who already have gained good name in the market. But those teachers also would have started like us only. So we decided to put some small boards in front of some small fancy stores and provision stores, so that people who come there could see the board and contact us.
Though we had some response the number of students who joined was very few initially.
But I trained those students with all my sincerity and efforts. I trained them for extra hours during examination time. I have promised them they can call me anytime and i will be there to help them. I was ready to explain the answers for the same question even if they asked n number of times. The students I trained got really good marks and I got more students through their references.
Now I have almost 200 students for tuition and I have divided them into batches and I take tuition for them as 4 batches. Finally my revenue has improved a lot and also I have much job satisfaction in doing these. My students thank me for giving them good education and also I am recognised in my area as a very good teacher.
