Plenty of Solutions for Getting Rid of Waste
by: Anonymous

Hi Dee,

With regards to getting rid of your water waste it’s really quite simple. All trailers drain out into either into a separate waste tank or out via a tap or down a hose where you can place a waste bucket or bowl, to capture the water waste. When this gets full just tip down a drain as it’s only water, so no harm there.

Other waste goes into a bin where you would simply take with you at the end of your trading day and simple dispose of it as you would any other rubbish.

With Oil if you are cooking chips this should be emptied regularly to keep the freshness of the chips and to avoid and oily after taste.

The old oil can easily be recycled and there are even people who will come and pick it up from you.

So there are plenty of solutions available to get rid of your waste.

Wish you well

David
