Hi David,

Your site and your story has been a great help to me. I am in the process of buying some cooking equipment a griddle and a bain maire to be exact but not sure of where to purchase these items from.

I have had a quick look around but still not sure of where to go, if you could provide any guidance or recommend any good places this would be a great help to me.

There are many good LPG equipment suppliers around, have you tried eBay. I only say that because they seem to have a great range of mobile catering equipment and may have what you are looking for.

Failing that direct www.directequip.com or www.kitchensolutions.co.uk have some good lines of LPG catering equipment that may be of help to you.
