Which Water Pump For Mobile Catering Van -

The latest hurdle for my van is to get hot and cold water I have bought an above sink instant hot water heater 3.5kw my generator is a 4.2kw so

I’m hoping it won’t struggle to feed it but how do i get water to the heater can anyone recommend a type of water pump that will be compatible with this type of electric heater.

My next question is how long an inspection takes to happen I want to make sure it’s ready before they come out

Hi Mark,

I?m happy to hear that you?re catering van is nearly ready to get going.

With regards to getting water to the water heater I can?t be of much help in this department but have you thought of contacting the place where you brought it as they may be able to recommend a compatible electric water pump?

Finally when you register your food business - the local council will send out an environmental health officer who will inspect your catering van. Unfortunately they don?t tell you when they?re coming so it could be literally at any time during normal working hours.
